About Tranquil Tails Retreat

My goal in creating this service is to provide a safe, happy, healthy and calm environment for your pet. There are some guidelines that I will need to follow, they might seem a bit much, but this way I can assure your pet has the best possible time here and will be excited to come back.

  • Required to have a meet and greet at my property prior to stay.

  • Flea and Tick Free

  • Up-to-date on all vaccinations

  • No aggressive dogs, MUST be people and animal friendly.

  • House broken

  • No females in heat

  • I own 2 indoor cats so your pet MUST be cat friendly.

  • I live on a horse farm which can have people, horses and dogs walking around. Please make sure your pet is comfortable in this kind of surrounding.

  • For everyone's health and safety, I will not take your pet into the fields where there are horses, but they can hang out and watch them.

  • Contract signed for every stay if not using Rover

  • 50% deposit at reservation. Fully refundable up to 7 days prior to 1st day of reservation.

  • Payment due in full upon drop-off 

  • If you want your pet to stay here while I'm at work, they will need to have previously stayed here.

I SANITIZE ALL BEDDING AND COMMON AREAS BETWEEN STAYS

All Reservations Require a 50% Deposit

I do not charge your account for services, I only accept payments.

If cancellation is needed, your deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your reservation.
