Katie was amazing with Maverick. She made him feel comfortable and was more than helpful with him and his anxiety with being in a new environment. She was patient and sweet. Very communicative about Maverick and how he was doing. I received multiple photos a day and multiple updates with how his day and night went. She put me and Maverick at ease with this trip/stay. Maverick will be staying here again!

Not only did she make our dog feel very comfortable, she gave us constant updates and pictures while we were on vacation. Katie is a very experienced and well organized caregiver. She was very patient with Max, who could be nervous at first with new surroundings.
